Illuminiche stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 5-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase on Illuminiche Kits, Illuminiche drivers including the INSWITCHII and OmniDrive, and Illuminiche light channels.

All warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase and a purchase order number from the Illuminiche web store or an authorized dealer.

Illuminiche light channels are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Any light channel that fails within that 5-year period will be replaced free of charge. Light channels purchased without proof of purchase showing the purchase of an Illuminiche driver are not covered under warranty. Light channels being replaced under warranty must be returned to Illuminiche with proof of purchase for processing. This helps ensure the replacement channel is the correct size and includes the proper wiring harness, since some channels may be cut in the field to accommodate thicker tile or achieve a preferred layout.

Illuminiche drivers, including the INSWITCHII and OmniDrive, are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Any driver submitted for warranty consideration must be returned to Illuminiche with proof of purchase for inspection and processing.

This limited warranty applies only to qualifying purchases made through the Illuminiche web store or an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover products without valid proof of purchase, improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or any labor, removal, or reinstallation costs.
