Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Free shipping is offered on orders over $200 within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Free shipping does not apply to orders using promotional codes.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have the chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

Returns require prior authorization from Illuminiche. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

At Illuminiche, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the return guidelines below.

Return Guidelines:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Products that have been installed, modified, cut, wired, or show signs of installation are not eligible for return.

• Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. A minimum of 3 inches of protective packaging must surround the product on all sides inside the shipping box.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is packaged securely and shipped in a manner that protects the product from damage. Illuminiche will not issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging or shipping.

• Customers must insure the return shipment for the full purchase value of the product. Illuminiche is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

• Customized or modified products are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.

• Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

• If the original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost that was waived will be deducted from the refund amount.

• All returns are subject to restocking and repackaging fees.

• Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact Illuminiche customer service at orders@illuminiche.net and provide their Illuminiche order number and the reason for the return.

Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Illuminiche. Products purchased through dealers, distributors, or other resellers must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Returns must include the original Illuminiche order number. Returns received without a valid order number may not be accepted.

Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions for returning the product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are properly packaged, protected with adequate cushioning, and insured for the full purchase value to prevent damage during transit.Refund Process:
